missingWrote a review on 25 Novfriendly staffunclean bathroomtiny room
The staff members were very nice and accommodating.
My experience was marred by the lack of cleanliness. the toilet and bathroom felt neglected, and I had to clean the toilet myself. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to open my luggage, and the carpet seemed old and stained. Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of complimentary water, which is a basic necessity in any hotel.

i was absolutely appalled by the lack of attention to detail in my room, which was tiny and had a creepy wall painting. also, the carpet was filthy! i was nearly ready to write a glowing review until i realized there was no complimentary water, shocking for a hotel. never again.

The hotel offers a surprising array of complimentary toiletries, including moisturizer and shampoo, which was a nice touch. While the room felt a bit cramped and could use a thorough deep clean, the friendly staff and convenient location near Ebisusho station made the stay worthwhile.
