The staff members were very nice and accommodating.

My experience was marred by the lack of cleanliness. the toilet and bathroom felt neglected, and I had to clean the toilet myself. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to open my luggage, and the carpet seemed old and stained. Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of complimentary water, which is a basic necessity in any hotel.

The location is fantastic—just minutes from Ebisucho station and a short walk to Namba and Dotonbori, making it easy to explore the city! The staff is incredibly accommodating, providing seamless service and quick responses to inquiries. With clean, tidy rooms, a cozy bed, and numerous bathroom amenities like free toiletries and a kettle, it made our stay quite pleasant.

i was absolutely appalled by the lack of attention to detail in my room, which was tiny and had a creepy wall painting. also, the carpet was filthy! i was nearly ready to write a glowing review until i realized there was no complimentary water, shocking for a hotel. never again.
