Koko Hotel Osaka Namba Ebisucho

We stayed at this hotel for three nights as our first stop in Japan, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The location was fantastic, with easy access to Dotonbori and Shinsekai, making it convenient for exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to our comfort. Breakfast was delicious, and having complimentary items like moisturizer and coffee was a lovely touch. Plus, being near the subway made getting around a breeze!

We got a room with a bathtub. The location was comfortable and particularly good, at a walking distance from Tsutenkaku Iconic Tower. The hotel was in a safe area🙂

The location was great and absolutely perfect for first time visitors to Osaka. Enjoyed an electric kettle, an air conditioning, and television in the room. I stayed here for a trip and will choose the place for future trips.

The location is super handy, just a short walk to Namba station and Dotonburi. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven right across the street for late-night snacks!

A few things could use improvement. There was a strange smell lingering in the hallways and the carpets looked a bit worn. The bathroom setup was frustrating too, as it flooded every time I showered, so I had to deal with that. it was a decent stay, but definitely had its quirks!

Booked a twin room, that included climate control, flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The location in a calm area was unbeatable and there were a shopping area and a market nearby. Minami district was worth visiting.

The room was small, with barely enough space to open my luggage, and the carpet seemed old and stained. I was disappointed by the lack of complimentary water, a basic necessity in any hotel.

The room was cramped and had this awful smell all around. The carpet looked old and stained, and the exhaust fan was so loud it kept me up all night. I really needed a better night's sleep during my trip!

We had a pleasant stay at koko hotel. the location was perfect, only about a 15-minute walk to namba station, plus there was a nearby subway station for easy access. although the room and bathroom were on the smaller side, everything was clean and well thought out. the staff were friendly, fluent in english, and always willing to help. with plenty of nearby dining options and amenities available at the front desk, we had all we needed for a great trip.

I was appalled by the lack of attention to detail in my room, tiny and had a creepy wall painting. The carpet was filthy! I was nearly ready to write a glowing review until i realized there was no complimentary water, shocking for a hotel.
